WW1 Clearfield Pa Welcome Home Victory Parade Ribbon Badge produced by Philadelphia Badge Co. I’ve collected these from Pa for many years. It’s really cool how so many towns and cities had big celebrations for the WWI soldiers after the war. Often the parades were accompanied by dinners, speeches, and were led by well known military and public figures. This is a duplicate from my personal collection, and this is not a common one, which is no wonder, since the population of Clearfield county was only 8,000 in 1919! Overall the badge and ribbon is in great condition and does show some age from being 106 years old.
